I punched a wall (seem to have anger management issues) and hurt my knuckle. Can still move my fingers easily but there's a pain between my first two fingers and a numbness in my index finger. Do you think it may be broken or just sprained/something else?

And yeah I know I'm stupid.

It could just be badly bruised. If it doesn't get any better, a trip to your dr or the A&E might sort it out for you.

These things happen, we all get angry sometimes, don't worry :)

True. My left wrist, too. And didn't find it out for over 50 years when I got an xray for something else. At the time it happened my mother said I was a big sissy and there was nothing wrong with my wrist.

You've probably damaged the cartilage in the knuckle. Get it Xrayed in case you've done some serious damage. How's the wall?
