yes, they already have the technology for people to control a mouse on a key board with their mind.. they use it for quadriplegics so they can email and what not.

In the past it required a node inserted into the brain... but I think it was the Japanese that invented a helm that enables people to move a toy train by doing math problems ...I'm sure that will replace the node technology in the future.
