I agree 110%, I as a guy would love to be able to wear skirts, dresses, and tights without being labled as gay which I am not. Girls have so many more options than guys and their clothes are so much more comfortable and fun to wear. One of my favorite outfits that I have worn out to the store and movie, late at night is a denim skirt, opaque tights, a striped sweater, and UGG boots. I have not received any negative comments while wearing this in public, I have had some possitive feedback from a few girls in Walmart. Of course it gets a lot of peoples heads turning, but most of them don't mind, you should try it.

Should you be able to? Of course. The problem is that people are going to react viscerally, not rationally, and the reactions are mostly going to be negative.
There are a few basic facts that need to be faced.
1. Most guys don't have a shape with works well with sexy feminine clothes. Frankly, many women don't have a shape that works with sexy feminine clothes either, but they are closer to the mark than you, more than likely.
2. There is a huge double standard out there. I am against it, but it still exists, and it is going to take a lot of energy for you to constantly fight it. Decide if it is worth it.
For me, I have chosen a partially androgynous look--not super androgenous, because I am 6-3 and quite athletic--I'm just not going to look in between no matte what I do. I work with my body--taking pride in it when I can, and decorating where it needs help. I look fairly convincingly like my avatar (hair, earrings), and I use some makeup, but the rule is always to make what I have look good, not try to make me look like I have what I don't. I don't go drag with the makeup--I just highlight my best features. If no one call tell I am wearing it, I have it just about right.

Well they already do, but as far as not being made fun of, that will never happen in a world full of close minded people.
I have no problem with it. Of course it isn't as common as females wearing male clothing, so I think that's why it may shock some people, that of course and the fact that some people are so unaccepting.
I like your avatar! ;)
I know a lot of females who get made fun of for wearing mens clothing, though. I used to have a very good friend who was a lesbian, unfortunately our friendship fell out over petty bs, but anyway, she used to catch a lot of crap for dressing like a man.
Anyway, do what makes you happy! I will support you, even if nobody else does!

nicely first i could % to indicate out a similar concern: why are gay men portrayed as a bad ingredient, yet men get grew to become on by way of lesbians? i could could say that it has something to do with the shown fact that folk do no longer settle for gays (no longer asserting you're one) and that this feels like something a gay individual could accomplish that by way of default this is "unacceptable". i think of that ladies can positioned on guy clothing using fact they at the instant are not below the microscope as plenty. Lesbians are not getting as undesirable a time as some gay men do. It somewhat comes all the way down to the mentality of all of it and that folk won't settle for substitute conveniently, and this is a marginally massive substitute.

It is not manly and i'm sorry but most girls like a guy to look like a guy. Women who are attracted to men like men who look like men. Not a man who puts on a skirt and panties and wears long hair in braids...
Just my opinion
