I am a transmission shop office manager. I have bosses who don't really care what I do as long as the money's accounted for and the phones are answered. I am a few minutes late pretty much every day and they don't mind, I leave early most days, they don't care. I have my health insurance paid for and its good coverage too! If I have to take off its no big deal. They buy my lunch everyday as well and its ussually good food, not mcdonalds or anything like that! I get a small bonus every month in strait cash so its not taxed, it totals up to about a 5% raise.....Not to mention its all guys so their is pretty much no drama to deal with and most days I'm treated like the queen of the place. I'll never get rich here, but its too much fun to work here, and their are too many little perks I'm not gonna pass up for another couple bux!

I'm left alone in my own office most days and get to participate on Y/A all day long in between my daily duties. My boss is understanding when I need to leave early or take a day off to care for my son when he's sick. I'm very content with my job. :)
