I'm trying to remove the bottom timing belt cover. In order to do that I need to remove the a/c pulley. However, every time I turn the bolt the entire pulley moves with it. I thought about a puller tool. However, there are no holes to grab onto.

correction. It's not the a/c pulley. it's the pulley to the bottom left of it.

It is usually done with an impact wrench, you will have to find some way to hold the pulley as you loosen the bolt. It won't be easy, it should be torqued on there.

it depends on what kind of car it is.some you need a special puller that screws into the clutch assy some you need a spec. tool to hold the clutch while you turn that bolt.sometimes its easier to just move the compressor over enough to do your work but, don't unhook the hoses and be careful with them.good luck.
