Not necessarily. It is just one part of an overall picture I see. Marilyn Van Savant is considered to be the smartest person in the world with the highest IQ but I don't find her sexy at all but Reese Withespoon plays the dumb blonde and I find her very sexy!

Smart dont rely on anything it has to be their heart and if their heart is pure than there smart and loving as well : )
BTW.....I dont really looks for smartness in a guy(but he cant be dumb either)To me it's all about personality and how he will treat me thats what makes a guy sexy in my eyes : )
