I won an auction, sent a USPS money order. Recieved a message from ebay that the sellers account has been deleted or something like that. If I don't get my item do I have any recourse? Item is in NY I am in Texas.

If the Seller received that Money Order but does not send you the item promised in the stated condition, Seller would commit the Federal crime of Mail Fraud. You would take a print of your eBay invoice, eBay's notification via email (and any other correspondence you may have had with Seller), and the stub & receipt for your USPS Money Order and file a complaint with the USPS. They will have a badge-wielding Postal Inspector discuss federal law with your Seller. =)
