Well, it depends on how much money you are all pitching in.

I've seen lots of shot glasses and martini sets with dice or have a gaming feel at Barnes and Nobles, Target, and Bed Bath and Beyond that he may like. Or you guys can get him cooking lessons, some local restaurants or grocery stores have classes that he could take with his daughter. Good luck and best wishes

How about dress socks? I know they sound kind of dull but I bought a subscription for my boss last year from www.monthlysocks.com. You can choose from a variety of different subscriptions and they will be mailed to him as often as every month. There are 3 colour choices, black, khaki, or navy blue.
Have a look, it's a fun concept and instead of being one gift, it's like one gift per month for a year.

What about a gift certificate to a nice restaurant, that way he can take his daugther to dinner? There is a lady in my office that is very into gambling, so when we get her a gift, we attach a lottery ticket or a scracth off ticket to it. It's fun. Good luck!

I think a gift card for a movie theatre chain, bowling alley, Olive Garden or similar restaurant- something he can do with his daughter.
