is it still murder?
if i go to a party and kill some drunk girl in a mini-skirt, is it her fault for being drunk and minimally clad? am i free of responsibility because she may have made bad choices?

Kendrick, your argument isn't logical.
No, sex is not always wrong, but rape is always wrong. Killing is not always wrong (or do you believe that it's NEVER justified?) but murder is always wrong.
Edit: Good grief, you FAILED to draw a tenable analogy. Now you want to debate whether *her* argument is sound? Logic isn't your strong suit, hon. Stop trying to find the fallacies in an argument and just answer the question, because you make a fool of yourself to those who actually know how to identify fallacies.

if u kill someone and u didn't do it trying to defend yourself it is still called murder and it doesn't not matter if the person u kill was drunk , eating peanuts or had a miniskirt on . the same would go if u raped someone and that person had a miniskirt on , rape is rape and murder is murder . however u are free of fault if u were attacked by either a drunk or a not drunk person and u HAD to do it because ur safety depended in that .

Yes, but there is no correlation between this and what you're trying to prove.
Murder is always wrong, whereas sex is not always wrong... but only wrong when it's forced.
Edit: Sarah... actually my argument isn't 'not logical'... it's just that you have a difficult time understanding.
Yes, rape is always wrong, as so is murder... but the original issue was not if rape was wrong, but if having sex when you have been drinking is wrong.
Her argument is non-sequitur.
Edit (last): Sarah... Ad hominem attacks don't prove your intelligence so I won't take the bait. All I can really say, is that I'm sorry that you're having a difficult time comprehending. There really isn't anything else I can say. It's not quantum physics or anything.
... and Available: I've already provided how your argument is not relevant to what you're supposing. Again, attacking me doesn't really mean anything. I just don't know what else to say to you(you two). It's simply a matter of reading and comprehending.
Edit: Unavailable: Troll? Again, insulting me and calling me names do not address the issue.

Yes it is still murder, just make sure you don't have that yellow jump suit on that Uma wears in kill bill, it might incriminate you further.

Good one-obviously the trolls are clueless what you are getting at...But yep, killing someone who's too drunk to fight back is wrong, just like raping someone who's too drunk to fight back is wrong (and evil).

If you were cutting the cake and she tripped and fell on the knife. You aren't responsible. If she took the knife and stabbed into herself in her drunken stupor. Again, her fault.
But, if you went in and stabbed someone (not in self defense) then you are at fault.
-----
For anyone who thinks that killing in self defense is murder: you are wrong.
Murder is killing someone with intent. As in, you went there specifically to kill them.
If someone comes at me with a lethal weapon or is trying to kill me, it's totally within my right to fight back with equal force. This is self defense. I would have no intention to kill anyone, but if that's what it takes to save your own life, that's what you do or die.

Yeah, but if his or her drunken state makes him or her attack you, and you fight back, killing him or her, it is still self defense.
Edit: I messed up my grammar, now does it make sense?
