Is the Insprion 1501 or the Inspiron 1520/1521 better for my use.?

I do not play many games but I always am playing the simcity games such as editions 2000, 3000 and 4. I've been told by a chat-agent at Dell that I should get a higher-end computer like 1520 or 1521; which seems to be the better for my gaming use.

I'm on a 1520. I play 3000 all the time. Is it the best for that? Well, I like it.
