by the look, and layout of it, it is a scam. It follows the same basic ideas as other sites which I know to be scams. They will normally ask for a small (seemingly reasonable) payment for 'information' on how to get rich quick. If you do even recieve said information it will either be useless or freely available elsewhere. Thats how they make their money.
If you are looking for a way to make some money online, then try www.swatcash.com/joinup . It has paid me $65 and i have another $150 due soon for doing free offers, which are pretty simple. But that said I would be careful with your details online no matter how trustworthy a site is.

The website is definitely real, otherwise you wouldn't of been able to access it. But all sarcasm aside I wouldn't trust it.
Mostly because you'd have to pay for it, which means that it's probably some sort of scam. Also the reason it is dangerous to register for these kinds of things is that your personal information can be sent out to other scamming websites to try to get your attention.
Also, you're a teenager. It is best if you don't do anything like that at all. In fact you should most likely plain out ignore websites like these, most of them, if not all, are just scams to get your money.

Spam is what you can expect from this site. This site is created for the sole purpose of gathering your personal information and selling it to a bunch of eager MLM companies, or agents.
MLM is basically a company that relies solely on it's agents recruiting other agents for a fee. Basically you pay money to get others to do the same. There rarely is any product associated with these programs that can make you money due to demand.

That kind of site isn't real. At the very least, you'll end up with tons of spam, by email and snail mail. Then at some point they'll require money from you.
