Neither team has a chance. Believe me I love Hawaii. I think Colt Brennan is a great QB and should win the heisman. I have watched the last three games that Hawaii has played and was very impressed with their offense. Yes, I am a bulldog fan and was doing research.

I think Hawaii is based too much on their WRs. They have no running game. Their top rusher has gone for close to 400 yards over the season-yes! I know 400 yards for the season. Compare that to over 1,200 rushing yards for Freshman Sensation Knowshon Moreno, or compare that to over 700 yards for Senior Leader Thomas Brown. I think this is going to be a huge test for Hawaii. Even more than Washington. I have to give it to Hawaii for stopping the pass on Washington but they had to stack 8 in the box to stop their run and if they do that to Georgia, then you are giving time to Matthew Stafford who when calm and collect is just like Drew Brees and will pick apart the remaining defense. Their only chance is to do quick blitz in the first quarter to get into the head of Matthew Stafford. However, Matthew Stafford is getting better with each game and becoming more mature. I just don't see Hawaii stopping them. I see a high scoring game on the UGA young defense but I don't see a victory over a defense is that winning on the turnover ratio.

As for another hot team on the rise in USC, The fighting Illini stand no chance for a defense that is second in total defense in the nation. Yes, Illinois beat Ohio State but we are talking about an Ohio State that played teams like Akron, Kent State and Youngstown State-wow that is quite a resume (I won't even go into why Ohio State doesn't deserve a NC bid). The truth is USC has only played 3 ranked teams all season. They lost on a fluke to Stanford but really showed weakness when they are spread out on defense against Oregon. The trick is going to be matching that heavy powered offense. If Illinois can match TD for TD and get a turnover then they have a "Fighting" chance. The truth is though, I don't think Juice will match, I think he turnsover or throws for a pick because he tries to do to much.

Like I said I don't see either team winning but I can see a great game in the Hawaii vs UGA and a very ugly battle in the Illinois vs USC game.

M~

I'm going to root for Hawaii, but Illinois has a better chance to win.

I can guarantee you that Hawaii will come a hell of a lot closer to beating if not beat Georgia than Illinois will come to beating USC. The Rose Bowl will be over at half time.

Neither. I don't see Hawaii lining up 5-wide on Georgia all day. They will adjust quickly to that and stop any ground attack also. Illinois will also get beat convincingly.

Not sure why Hawaii is the underdog. There is no way Georgia is going to shut down the receiving core of Ryan Grice-Mullen, Davone Bess, and Jason Rivers for 4 quarters.

Notre Dame over USC. My reasoning?... USC isn't an identical USC we've considered the final seven or 8 seasons. they are commencing a freshman QB and their popular RB became into injured in a freak weight lifting twist of fate. They do have a stable protection, yet i do no longer think of their offense can outscore Notre Dame's offense. Clausen is taking part in properly and he has countless targets to flow to with Golden Tate being his in demand. The Irish protection isn't large by using any skill, yet they are no longer dealing with a optimal offense in the Trojans this year. Plus, the sport is in South Bend and that i think of the freshman QB Barkely gets rattled. I in no way provide score predictions considering the fact which you frequently look stupid later. i visit declare the Irish win by using 10 or much less.

As a PAC-10 fan I hate to say this, but the Illini have a better chance, We cant forget about what Stanford did to USC even though they barely won.
