She may not be lubricated enough. Get some KY. That will help. Also rough sex could do that.

It could be an allergy to the condoms you're using or a yeast infection. Sometimes the pain from yeast infections gets bad after sex/friction. She should try treating for a yeast infection and if the irritation continues, then keep a tube of hydrocortisone cream on hand, that should stop the swelling/pain. She really needs to see a dr, or at least call the office and speak with a nurse.

Most people have said friction or an allergy to latex which is highly likely, but it may also well be cystitis or thrush. Some women get this after sex and it is mainly helped by immediately having a wee just after. I know it isn't very romantic but if it is either of those things then that should work. Also tell her to use bio yoghurt to soothe the pain. No matter really what it is that is the best thing to cool down there.

Well- it could be something as simple as not having enough lubrication during sex that could cause the irritation to occur. Vaginal tissue is very delicate and sex w/o proper lube can cause soreness and swelling.
Another indicator could be whether or not she is experiencing any discharge. A certain color or smell of discharge can indicate an infection or STI/ STD

Have her talk to her doctor about being tested for an allergy to latex. I had a friend who discovered she was allergic to latex only after having sex since condoms are usually made from that material.

She is most likely allergic to latex. I would try to persuade her to go to the gynecologist just in case though. Don't have sex for a few weeks, and after a while try using condemns that aren't made of latex.

Been through this with my g/f. It's vaginitis, and needs to be treated with an antibiotic. It is likely caused by the condoms you are using. Not necessarily the condoms, but the luibrication on them. Lubes with spermicide are especially bad. Try using a condom that is non-lubricated. (Trojans in the red box) ;)

I would switch condoms, get some non latex ones. If you are not using condoms, shame on you.. , but, it could be that she needs a little more attention before actual penetration. I would bet though, that it is the condom. Latex allergies can cause this swelling and redness.

She might be alergic to latex, try using a non latex condom or one without the spermicide on it. Give it a rest wait a while before you have sex.

Why won't she go to a Dr? There is nothing anyone can do if she won't see medical help.
You might try using a different brand of condom. She could be allergic to this brand.
