Ok I have a 45-45-90 triangle and I need to find the perimeter of it. I understand that you have to add all of the sides up to get the perimeter,but I need my answer in simple radical form and I dont understand how to add these radicals together. The two legs are radical(2) and the hyp is 2. Plz help!!!

Perimeter is:
2 + √2 + √2

Since you are adding √2 twice, this becomes:
2 + 2√2

That's about as much as you can simplify it though you could factor out a common 2:
2(1 + √2)

uhm, why don't you just use pythagoras?
