im 16 years old, and im pretty sure i may be a pathological liar.
how would i seek help?

Lieing using comes with not wanting to face the consequences of the truth. Sooner or later you are going to have to face the truth with honesty or the consequences maybe severe, I suggest you start now, if you do not have the will power to choose to start telling the truth then you will need professional help, talk to your counselors at school. I think you need to take a long hard look inside yourself and choose to do what is right. Look up the ten commandments in the Bible, say a Prayer, God can help you if you want to be helped. You have to choose to be honest. I believe you can, Good Luck!!
