That all depends.... how can you measure intelligence?
There is no way. IQ tests, degrees, fluency in different languages, people's perception of you.... none of these things can accurately measure how smart a person REALLY is.
The smartest person I've ever met never went to college, speaks only one language, would be considered a waste of life by most people, and has a lower IQ than myself and many of my college classmates. However, he is absolutely brilliant, and I would bet my life savings on him to have more general knowledge than any anyone. He also is very lazy, and he doesn't like to be taught or told what to do.
All that being said, the smartest people in the NFL are probably Ryan Fitzpatrick (Harvard grad, finished the wonderlic test in 9 minutes), Kevin Curtis, Bill Bellichick (probably best football mind of our lifetime), Matt Birk (is he still playing??), and umm.... that's about all I've got right now.

No, having a much better IQ than somebody else- even your coach- does not propose you have authority over him. If McElroy is as clever as his Wonderlic attempt shows, he ought to already understand that and could not create any issues interior the locker room. McElroy would be a mid-around %., for my section. he will initiate as a backup and has the potential to alter right into a starter some years down the line.

Joe Gibbs. Reading his two books, Joe Gibbs: Fourth and One, and Racing to Win, shows an individual who you would want as a coach, colleague and friend. Granted, this second-go-round as a NFL head coach has been rough, but it does not diminish him as an innovator and person with strong family values for his team.

Peyton Manning. He's practically the offensive coordinator. Have you ever heard of the Colts actual offensive coordinatory? Neither have I.
Or, you can go with Kevin Curtis, the Eagles Wideout. He scored the highest on the Wonderlic test.

Well the Steelers third Tight End went to Princeton. Likely graduated too, since you know Ivy League players aren't going to school to be drafted.

I hate to admit it but I think is Bill Bellichick. He is a great Head Coach and also an economist. You gotta have brains to be an economist.
