I think you can get one at Aritizia but you'll have to head to one of their stores since you can't shop from them online.

im not sure but i rly rly rly like that scarf.
though the exact scarf youre looking for isnt at urban outfitters, i still think a lot of the scarves at urban outfitters are really cool. forever 21 and delias have some cool patterns too. pacsun has this one scarf i really like... its black and white bar striped on one side and checkered on the oter with a pink heart patch. also check ebay, you may find unique things there.
lastly, check a fabric store. they have tooons of fabrics and prints to choose from, and its really really easy to sew a scarf. like yesterday i went to Jo-Anns, and i found this really soft knit black and white houndstooth fabric on clearance for only $3 a yard. i bought a yard of it and made a scarf in like 20-30 minutes.
if yodo find out where to get that scarf though, could you email the store to me (muzicluvr4eva@yahoo.com)?
good luck and hope this helped

Um, how about Urban Outfitters??? No, seriously, if you have an Urban Outfitters in your area, take one of those pics over there and ask them. If not, then try American Apparel or Forever 21. I think I've seen similar scarves there. Or, try e-Bay, I'll bet there are dozens. Good luck.

No, no, no, no - all the kids are wearing them. They look like teatowels and it has all been done before in my youth. They look horrible and I feel the PLO are recruiting here. Get a beautiful tartan scarf and show how exciting you are!! Dare you - Royal Stuart is soooo lovely. I wear a kilt and have no bother getting admiring looks and lots of laughs.

Thats not plaid, I think its hounds-tooth. And its not a scarf, It looks more like a wrap or a hankerchief.

I'd try H&M, they usually have things like that.
