ive been playin for about 3 months. i have an electric guitar.
i like theese bands... bullet for my valentine, paramore, the almost, red jumpsuit apparatus, chevelle, yellowcard, 30 seconds to mars, my chemical romance... get the idea?

Panic! At The Disco, Marilyn Manson, and Evanescence are some really good bands that you could also try. Fall Out Boy, Hawthorne Heights, and The Higher are some more good bands. I'll just make you a long list:

try some beatles songs ....for some reason or another i dont think they ever went away but are becoming popular again try some of their songs you may find your wonderful at it .good luck and happy holidays

i would recommend godsmack. from what i hear they have some easy songs to learn. then there is ironman by black sabbath
