smell my breath? I just had some garlic pasta...an I offending him? He doesn't seem to mind, just curious.

He'll smell it but likely will have a neutral reaction. The majority of things we think smell or taste awful are learned responses picked up from those around you when you were little. You never know though, he may like garlic and be enjoying your breath!

No, he/she cant smell anything yet. There are plugs in his nose.

* I thought you meant a baby in your tummy. A baby that has been born can smell.

Of course he can. They have all the same senses we do. I wouldn't think you are offending him, he doesn't know the difference.
