To find the percentage between any two numbers divide the smaller number by the bigger number which would be 11 divided by 16 (I reccomend u use a calculator for any other percantage calculations). Therefore, if you got 11 out of 16, you got 68 % questions correct., which is about a C+ to B-. Not bad in my opinion, considering I suck at algebra.

Percentage is part of a whole, so it would just be 11(part) out of 16(the whole) or:
11/16, which can be divided to give the decimal .6875.
Then ou move the decimal two places over to produce a percentage since it is out of 100. The result is 68.75%

Get you calculator.... 11 divided by 16 = 0.6875
Move the decimal place over two places, and round of the third digit gives you 69%. Hope this helps.
