On one hand, independence makes me feel quite emotionally strong.
On the other hand, being with the one I love can seem to double my emotional strength.

I think that a healthy mixture of the two is what's necessary for most people. We don't want to be totally dependent on anyone, yet we do want to know that they are there for us.

the sun on a fine day , that cold breath on a crisp morning,that song on the radio just at the right time,and waking up with absolutely no aches and pains in the morning .

Meditation. I swear by it! I don't always feel like practising on a daily basis, but the rewards are enormous.

I put in my dues in the past and now have a surplus of innate strength to work with emotionally.

Basically it's like a battery.. and mine was overcharged.

People who abuse children. I feel hatred for these people I preying on young innocent people is nothing short of disgusting and cowadly. It makes my blood boil when to think that these people abuse children and feel no remorse whatsoever. Sick.

just doing something "good" even if it's pretty insignificant, like giving up a seat to someone who needs it more than you or making someone smile when they're down :-)

I am at my strongest when under pressure it seems to motivate me. I always seem to need pressure to survive.
