I know what you mean. I've wanted to add Valkyrie for a long time, but I haven't got the nerve to email her.
I added chacha without emailing her (I didn't read her profile first). She's gonna block me for sure!

Believe it or not, this is something I have yet to experience....I only very recently started allowing e-mail....and before that, I added people without asking. Having said that, I am sure there are some who were on my fans list before I added them as contacts.
