"Surround Sound Speakers" are nothing more than regular speakers, what makes them "Surround Sound speakers" is the fact that you would put 2 speakers (or 3, or 4) behind you, hence the "surround" part. speaker packages that come with 5 speakers and a subwoofer, the .1 in the 5.1 sound, are good packages to look at. you get a center channel, which goes on or under the tv, two front speakers (a left and a right), and two rear speakers, (a rear left and a rear right). and the sub goes on the floor usually up front by the receiver or a front speaker

Yes. My kids love it and it drives me crazy except when I turn it on the music channel, crank it up and clean the house. I can get some major house cleaning done with the tunes up loud.

i hate to say it, but yeah. the worst thing is that i have the whole system, 65 in big screen, disc changer, super stereo, dvd...the works!!!!!

I CAN' T FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT!!!!!!!!

it really takes me 20 mins to put on a dvd, and i am a fairly intelligent woman!!!! it is just not hooked up right and i dont know how to fix it.

Hello Mystery & we used to on our tv but no extra speakers so........ & my music is loud now just with the radio lol hubby hates it so ..& we have a silly lcd tv that needs a new aerial .4Msxx
