Looks like a purpose-made design rather than a commercial font, especially as the kerning (space between the letters) is a bit wonky and kerning is part of font design, it's not just letter shapes. It could be a modification of a display font such as Lithos, which is very good for using as a base font to adapt with outlines, fill, and any number of other tricks. But to me the image looks like it was made as a one-off. Are you trying to replicate a logo?
