The Corvette uses independent rear suspension. Most rear wheel drive cars use a solid axle. The wheels lean in a little to improve traction in the corners. If you look carfully, your front tires also lean in a little.

it's called a camber angle, it's ajustable through your tie rod ends / rear axle ends and bearings. Turning the tires in gives the car better handling, but cuts down on speed and accelleration and vise versa. If you can tell just by looking at them and it's that noticable they probably have too much camber on them, go and get an alignment and tell them to take some of the camber off. For a normal driver camber only wears the edges of your tires very fast.

A little is no problem.
Look at the treads and see how they are wearing.
If the inside edges are wearing a lot faster then the outside, have the suspension checked out.
Fail springs, shocks, bushings and such can cause this as well as just having a poor alignment.
When in doubt, have a professional check it out.

You just need to have the alignment set on the rear suspension. Just make sure you chose a reliable alignment shop.
