I am going to give you a couple of answers, pick what works for you.
Can you make your penis longer? Yes, 2 ways. One you can pay for an expensive surgery that might make your penis longer but your penis might not work properly afterwars. Two, you can buy a penis pump which will make you slightly larger termporarily. Basically with a penis pump you suction your penis making it slight larger because all of the blood is in that area. It is truly termporary and not as dangerous as surgery, but still slightly dangerous.
Now if you are truly interested in satisfying your wife and are comfortable with these, pick one that works for you.
1. You can become swingers which would allow her to have sex with different men (downside you would get jealous)
2. You can buy a 3 inch penis extension that you can put over your own penis to help satisfy her.
3. You can buy a strap-on and use it on her.

Penile enlargement surgey. A Urologist can perform this surgery. I haven't seen one in awhile, but the penis can be visually enlarged, usually by just over an inch. The surgeon will cut the ligaments that hold the penis in its usual position and this allows the penis to descend. Yes, losing weight will make the penis appear longer, because there is less of it hidden by fat. But you're only 13 and probably have a lot of growing ahead of you. Your penis will probably get longer on its own. (And I hope you won't be using that penis with a partner for at least a few years.)

Forget the pills and pumps and creams.
Yes, the penis can be made longer by surgery, but it's usually done for very short ones.
Learn some new techniques or get a better wife with a smaller vagina.

On a recent trip to Thailand I purchased what the box said was a "DOOR FRMAE (sic) DANGLE MASTER PENILE ENLENGTHING HAPPY DEVICE 5000" It's worked wonders!!! No there isn't those that precieve it as being longer is because they have been sold on the idea. You give me $10,000.00 dollars and a picture of your penis and i'll convince you it is longer. That's what that amounts to. Don't be foolish, I bet there isn't one thing you can't do with your penis , That i can do with mine.
