Yes she came back at the end. They are leading up to having Stephanie and HHH going against Vince. If you remember the interview with HHH where he said he would even pedigree his father in law. So it seems they are going to have a storyline where HHH and Stephanie have been married and were keeping it a secret from Vince.
Stephanie didn't say much other than to act like she was worried about her father. She said for his own good he shouldn't be at Raw next week because someone might try to hurt him.
I still think that HHH, Stephanie, HBK and maybe even Jeff Hardy are all working together to get at Vince. Maybe even an official DX group of those 4.

Stephanie came back to try and talk Vince out of going to The 15Th anniversary of Raw next week.
In Orton and HBK's match, Kennedy interrupted.
