Here's the scoop. I was working in something at a display of 1280X1024 32 bit graphics and my normal desktop display is 1024X768 16 bit graphics. I was playing a netflix movie in desktop so I switched to the movie. When I switched back to the program the computer seemed to freeze as it made the same pinging type sound 3 times then it reset. After it reset I now have very small text on my screen(even after confirming settings are my custom 1024X768 16 bit) and I have lots of names that display incorrectly. For example when I type www.google.com it shows up as left arrow, left arrow, left arrow, small square, large square, ramp, ramp, circle, large square, small square, large square, ramp, half circle.
What happened and how can I fix it?

no it does not fix itself during reboot it does not fix itself my reinstalling the video card display drivers(got a nvidia 7950 512 mb) and it does not fix itself by messing with the hardware accelaration settings.

Aw you poor kid, I really feel for you. I'm not being sarcastic, I genuinely feel for you in this situation. Unfortunately, I'm 19, and my recollection of dealing with bullies is a little vague. However that in itself is helpful. Just think - in a few weeks everyone will forget about "game over". This issue isn't a direct insult (not someone saying you're not intelligent, or you smell or anything), thus it can be easily redirected as other people have suggested. Get your friends to joke about it infront of the other kids, showing you're now comfortable with it. The more they realise it doesn't bother you (even if it does!), the less the kids will continue. And lets be honest, even from an outsider it's not that funny. So I don't think "game over" will last. Be consistent, don't get frustrated or upset or anything. Keep your cool, and stay that way. Honestly, keeping consistent and acting like nothing's changed is good. It shows you're not going to be embarassed by such a stupid manipulation. Don't be too upset by your friends being scared to stand up for you. It happens! Since so far the issue is just someone immitating you, I'd suggest immitating yourself one time i.e. "oh, did I just say THAT? Jeesh what a moron" in a jokey way so people realise you can laugh at yourself. I really hope you resolve this, I genuinely do. You just have to be tough and believe that in the future you'll look at this and think "not as big a deal as it could have been". Be proud of yourself for dealing with it with the Vice Principal, and the Counselor. That's a brave move many kids don't take. Well done! And good luck. :)
