Giving him/herself a perm "down there"?

offer to do the neutralizing for them using plenty of foam . All perms have to have a neutralizer on or it will drop out or off in this case

.....I would say "Oh I forgot the Milk ...I will be back later." ..... Seriously , I would be so surprised ....I don't know what I would do. And I don't like alot of "hair" so if you have enough to perm....... I would hope I wouldn't laugh at them ( at least out loud) I mean there would have to be a reason/desire for them to want to have that look/feel/whatever.....

I would ask if I could help, problem is though - they've already got a perm as pubic hair is naturally curly.
