Im on the PT team for JROTC. for thoes of you who dont know what that is it stands fo physical trainning and we do sit ups, push ups, flex arm hang, and run, i wont go into the details. but i want it healed FAST! so please help me i want to run again!!! I hate being crippled!!!

Sprains can be hell to get over, and a bad one will leave your ankle weak for years. I made a career out of spraining both ankles, once so bad that I had to quit basketball and softball for a year just to heal up.
