slope = (y1-y2)/(x1-x2)

m1 = (6-3)/(11-2)=3/9 =1/3
m2 =(18-3)/(-3-2)=15/-5 = -3

if the two line are perpendicular, m1xm2 = -1

1/3 x -3 = -1 so the answer is yes.

get the slope
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

(6-3)/(11-2)=3/9= 1/3

(18-3)/(-3-2) =15/-5 = -3 = -1/slope of the 1st line
so they r perpindcular to each other
