what is a code 19 on a cd/dvd drive and how do i overcome it?

my cd/dvd drive is not working i have unstalled it and installed it but i still have a yellow ring with a black mark on it it just comes back saying i have a code 19 what does this mean and how do i get it to work

Code 19 usually means the registry entries for the device has become corrupted. This usually occurs when you uninstall the burner program that you were using with the burner.
