i mean, i dont speak perfect english either or type perfectly. i always take into consideration those who are new to a language. but i absolutely hate when people my age (18) or those whose first language is english and are old enough to speak properly dont know how to. i understand language isnt their strong point, but it is a pet peeve of mine.

I have a woman behind me with a Masters degree that sounds as illiterate as they come. She says AND writes "mines" "ax" "yous". And she wonders why no will will hire her for a better position. Who would want her to represent this company to the public speaking like that, oh and did I mention she wears sweat pants to work, but with flats so they arent' TECHNICALLY athleticwear?
Or the be-otchy manager that says she DESERVES better pay than other simply because she has this degree (a fine art degree and we are in healthcare, hello?) so she has a "higher thought process" than those pee-ons that have 15 years experience yet no degree. She says and SPELLS the word supposedly "supposably". I HATE THAT!! She's so arrogant that she disregards spell check!

Well English for the most part is my second language and that problem exists for everyone of every language. I cringe when people butcher Spanish or Italian.

Spelling errors are my biggest complaint, with spell-check available, no excuse!
