I am considering buying a Helio Ocean and starting a contract with Helio, but i am not sure if they have good service? Any other reviews/ opinions would be helpful also. Thx!

Helio service is just as many larger companies, the phone service is equal to sprint/nextal coverage but better in most cases. The gold to Helio is the use of the 3G network. The 3G is what you really need to know if you have in your area. Also know that if you start roaming you are not charged any difference.

Two of my friends got helios about two months ago. They love them!! They get great reception where they are at. Helio website will tell you what areas tehy provide reception to and what areas they dont. and they dont provide service in areas where they have a little service at its either all or nothing to them.
From what my friends say they love Helio and wil never go back.

i have read some things about them and they dont have that great of service, stick with a major company, i recommend verizon
