I think that even if there was enough civilisation left for me to lay hands on a turkey baster, I would probably let humanity die out.

If it was going to be a "new start" then far better that we leave all the old prejudice and bigotry behind. If not, you'd end up with people who thought homosexuality was wrong, but incest was OK - since they'd only have close kin to breed with. I think there are a few good examples of where that leads...

It would take more than two people to repopulate the earth, for one. Secondly, I would think that given the stress of the responsibility that's been placed upon us, considering a person's orientation wouldn't really be a concern.

You could always reproduce and then hope they choke on a nut or something. . .lol.

prolly let it die out. First, I dont care for people that opinionated, second, I doubt that I would be able to get past watching my kids mess around with each other, which is what it would take to populate the world under those circumstances. At any rate a few generations later it prolly wouldnt be called humanity anyways

If only two people were left, it wouldn't matter how many babies they managed to have or how they raised them because two people cannot build a race. The human would would be doomed no matter what.

If I had some sort of test-tube baby facility so I didn't need the other person, I'd tell them to go away and live their own life and leave me and my open-minded babies alone.

Oh ye gods. I wouldn't kill him but I certainly wouldn't have relations with him and I'd make certain every day to remind him *why* it was I wouldn't have relations with him. Maybe he'd kill himself -- but then I'd be alone and talking to the cats again. besides, just one pair of humans wouldn't be the best genome base anyways and I have crappy health, and I'm 45 --if it were up to just the two of us -- we're all screwed .....

well I would let it die since every child I had would have to breed with each other after that and I don't think that would make a good society

Seeing as there is only two of us and our children would have to have sex with each other to reproduce, I think I'd just slap her and go find a Johnny Depp calender to pass the time with. =)

what the ----? i'd leave it up to my children to think of how to see it. as far as im concerned homosexuality didn't exist at that point because there would have to be reproduction. so my children would be gay (or hetero) and i would be fine with that.

i don't find anything wrong with homosexuals. they deserve rights that heterosexuals have. who's one to say otherwise?

I think the human race brought more evil than good to the world so I think it would be a good thing if the human race died out, but thats just my opinion.
