My wife is Italian and her mom taught her how to make sauce. There's no name or recipe to follow, it's all in in her head, she's taught me to make it and it's a little different everytime because nothing is measured ... it's tomato based

I make a special tomato sauce that has to cook for about 5 hours. I also have a delectable alfredo sauce, as well as a vegetable based greek sauce. Basically I make all my own sauces for pasta
