People have pointed out both about me on several occasion. I am very poised?!! I guess and I often speak with a lot of expression in my face and I'm animated. lol

I use both depending on the situation I'm in. Some times you gotta be poised. In casual settings with friends I'm all about animation.

Very self Centered lived too high to escape
or ever was late my Dad was never Mom..so
that hurt me and I am glad i learned that early
grew up.. as strict But learned it's Empathizes
no need unless he said so.

i'm not sure. i usually keep things inside, so i guess that would be poised. but if i'm really pissed, i may not say something, but people who know me can tell.

im all about expression. I say what I have to say, when I feel the need to say it. That's just the way I am.. it has its ups and downs..
