Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/e8eir
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Are you taking a diuretic for your blood pressure? If not, then I would suspect Diabetes. See your doctor and explain these symptoms. Are you thirsty too? That's part of the symptoms of Diabetes too.

What you describe could be signs of type 2 diabetes . It might be better to visit the practise nurse for a simple check . Maybe they will check your BP too just in case
Always better to be safe than sorry

Take a sample to your gp as soon as you can, it may be something as simple as a bladder or urinary tract infection, if you are flushed you could have a fever supporting the infection theory, however it may be diabetes, go to your docs tomorrow.

It could be a whole variety of things from a urine infection (which is more serious in men than women) to diabetes - best to go along and have a chat with your GP.

Go to webmd.com and use the Symptom Checker. Sometimes frequent urination (and excessive thirst) is a sign of diabetes.
