That did happen to me and I first had to get my mom from a hospital bed as I screamed for my daughter to get out and my husband to get the grandchildren.

My family. Other than that, my cell phone, my laptop, the photo album and probably some other stuff.. But I don't think so there's enough time to save that much things when your burning roofs are about to fall on you, right? Hahah!

If you mean after all the people are out. I would go with my pets and pictures. Would never be able to get those things back

You mean a non human thing, right? I would go for my medications so I could live to see another day to clean up the charred remains. OR my photos.

assuming my family is already out somehow, I'd save either my laptop or my boxes of toys from the kinder sorpresa chocolate eggs.
remember, thats ASSUMING my family is already out, otherwise then ofcourse my family

But if it has to be a THING, then the photo albums. Insurance can replace everything else.
