I want to know if I can download SpyNoMore and then be safe from Trojans?

Not likely. You need a few good software to deal with different kinds of threats.
Download, install, update and run the following
Avira AntiVirus to get rid of viruses - http://www.free-av.de/
Spybot Search & Destroy to get rid of spyware - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
AdAware to get rid of Adware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_aware_free.php
Update and run them every week or at least once in two weeks depending upon how much you are on the internet and what kind of websites you visit.
Then download and install
ZoneAlarm Firewall to block hackers and intrusions - http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/catalog/products/sku_list_za.jsp?dc=12bms&ctry=US&lang=en

Try 'avast' antivirus.
Thats a good free one.
It has a lot of good reputation too.
