Does any1 know famous chinese people of 3000 bc?

I doubt it. The Records of the Grand Historian only go back to about 2700 BC, when the Yellow Emperor defeated Emperor Chi You at the Battle of Zhuolu...

Unfortunately far too little is known about history this ancient to really know anything about individuals. There could be some Chinese myths which I am unware of, but as far as actual history I doubt that we know of any particular individual, let alone a famous one.

Edit - Upon further research (I love wiki ^_^) I found something called the Xia Dynasty, which is part legend, part history. You can read more here.
