La Senza has great selection (in Canada), or go to a special store where they actually help you with the fit...the secret is that most of the tension is supposed to be on the horizontal strap, not the shoulder straps, make sure you tie it on the last hook and don't go with a cup too big or you won't get support (sagging problems add up when you get older) or don't go too small, over pouring breasts are not attractive under a sweater.
Good luck

i would actually go to a major department store like nordstroms and get a free fitting. The sales people there are wonderful. they will help you find the perfect bra for you. Not only will they tell you what size you are wearing, but they can actually show you what a proper fit is and help you find real bras tht you are looking for. You may not need padding with a properly fitting bra. I would not go to Victoria's Secret.Their sales people really bad at doing fittings and helping you

The article I posted I think will help alot even though it says for kids it's just a basic bra 101 [: I would reccomend Target,Walmart, Jcpenneys, etc. Victoria Secret Bras are expensive and all the stores I listed have a seprate section for teenagers.
Hope I helped.

I'm also a 34A and i get all my bras at Target. Target is not only cheap(ranging from $9.99-$14-.99) but it has great patterns and colors with not an excessive amount of padding.
