About a 6 or 7. It would have gotten a couple of notches higher if it wasn't for that uncomfortable, stilted dialogue about eels and caves. Blah! Rarely have I seen sex talked about it in such an awkward metaphor.

I would say 10. It was very unique, artistic, and had great cinematography. The book is supposedly even better than the movie.......if that's possible!

um, about a 7.
It was very different than what i expect it to be.
Now a days Geisha are said to be whores and fakes.
So as a girl, I am not feeling that.

7, i got mad at parts, great scenery though, and great story.
