Have you ever loaned money to a man or woman you loved but then they broke your heart and didtn't pay you back? In other words, have you ever been used in this fashion? Do you know someone who has? How did you/they handle it?

When we loan money to others, look at it as GONE! It's really not a good practice to loan people money, ever... and i never do it anymore...

I used to work with a girl who constantly asked people for $5 so she could get a pack of cigarettes -- almost daily! I feel, if she can't afford cigarettes, she needs to stop smoking. Of course, she never paid people back.

And if you get involved with a man, make sure he isn't going to ask you for money or loans. Men need to make their own money... you are not responsible for the finances of other people, and don't "owe" them anything.

just don't do it!

There is an old saying. Never loan money unless you can afford to loose it and under no circumstances lend money to those very close to you. Remember this, if someone can't get a loan from traditional sources then it's because they are a bad risk.

This kind of thing happens every day. It's not that unusual. How do you handle it? The same way you handle any other kind of personal hurt and disappointment. You live with it and eventually it becomes less painful.

You can either do one of two things either demand the money back take it to small claims court or let it go take it as a loss to your heart and your wallett. In the end its your decision.
