Just curious, as some people seem to think it is only liberals that dislike him. My whole family is staunchly conservative and can't stand Bush. My best friend is conservative and can't stand Bush.

I lived with a guy who started out all gung ho republican...made me watch Hannity & Combs & B O'Reily every night...I went to a book store & found anti-Bush books & read up, just to defend myself! I started throwing him stuff from my reading (I wasn't political before I moved in!) , & what I knew...he couldn't refute any of it, & finally realized that Bush is an idiot & what he has been doing & now, he won't vote for a Bush/republican anymore!
My work there was done...

you do no longer choose a communicate. you elect to rant your edge of an opinion. needless to say you haven't any longer have been given any purpose/capacity to entertain yet another theory as we communicate, as considered by using the undeniable fact which you will no longer comprehend that situations have been incredibly solid below Clinton, and are turning around below Obama. You attack them in my opinion (that's a fallacy of argument by using the way) incredibly of the subjects. communicate correct to the subjects with an open recommendations to entertain replace ideals and that i may be greater beneficial than satisfied to have an a trouble-free communicate with you. Edit: Take a good judgment and/or reasoning type. that's going to do your arguments some solid.

A lot of Republicans don't like Bush because he is essentially a moderate President and they were hoping for someone more to the right, just as Clinton was a moderate to left and the Dem Party is controlled, nationally by a lunative left wing element. Bush did not deliver abolition of abortion, put prayer back into schools, liberalize gun control, assert that Christianity is the one true religion, nor has he abandoned the Iraqi people to perish after removing Saddam (which the right and left would do, coldly and in a hearbeat). So there are a lot of Repubs who don't like him, but no matter how much rhetoric you choose to eat, remember that he was elected twice with the help of millions of Dem voters, during the war as well. Understanding American politics means you have to keep an eye on reality and not propaganda (news is that too) and see how someone voters, who votes for him and also to understand that the country is moderate but the public in bombarded with news? that is about the far right and left. Many line up to follow born again ministers, phony politicians and entertainers but the vast majority is moderate, voting the least damaging, least crazy people into office. Hate Bush if you feel compelled to follow that chant but remember he was elected because the Dems provided no candidate whatsover and threaten to do it one more time.

I do. I know several conservatives who are fed up with Bush but mostly because of his position on illegal immigration.

My friends and family are that way. I never voted for GWB, but some of my friends and family did and they consider themselves to be conservative and republican. Some continued to support him way after it stopped making sense to, but they've finally seen the light, too.

Both my brothers and their 7 adult children are Republicans in Missouri and Michigan and do not support President Bush. I represent Republican elected officials in my job as a County attorney and he is not supported by them, either.

Most of my family has gone from eagerly voting for him, to holding their noses everytime he speaks or makes a decision.

According to his most recent ratings, about 72% of the nation don't like him, so my guess would be LOTS!!!
