A bit more of the sentence would be helpful. 'Rêve' could be a verb e.g. '(He/she) dreams of the court' - meaning the royal court I suppose. Or it could be a noun, so the phrase would be '(A) dream of the court'.

It translates, literally, to "ideal of the court";
don't ask me what that means, though! ;)
