Yesterday has been the second time I have pulled black and gray stuff out my exhaust. It looks like straight animal hair and is about 2 feet long and I don't know how far it goes up. I have had a slight burning smell coming from the bonnet. Is it related? What's going on? Thanks to all...

or it could be the "Packing" noise reduction material inside your muffler...the baffles inside could be falling apart and the exhaust is helping by blowing it out.......get a new muffler!

its part of the exhaust system its coming from the backbox, You'l need a new exhaust guaranteed. it wont pass its emissions test when it goes for its MOT and the smoke will be a different colour. This happened to my car too and i thought i had a rodent stuck in my car lol...Typical off me!

If the tires are new, are they on the right stress? Is the front lead to alignment? it is going to value approximately $70 to have this achieved. some shops can examine it for unfastened, however. Are the brakes in sturdy fix? If one brake on the front engages, it may reason the motor vehicle to tug to that section.

Sounds like a critter crawled in your exhaust pipe EWWWWWW! keeping pulling and you might get some blood and guts, i would leave it alone and leave it to the mechanic to fix.

Well, ya gotta admit, it's better than pulling it out of your hair!

Seriously, though, take the car to your mechanic and have him examine it.

Cheers!
