Denial ruins many people's lives. It's a reaction to something we don't want to hear, but I believe, often, know to be true.
Yes, denial will get you stuck in life. It will ruin your life, if you deny enough of the truth.

The Truth Shall Set You Free.

no denial is trying to pretend that things are not there or happening or trying to ignore some things.i did not get stuck in life because of denial but rather sometimes because of some of the decisions and choices i made whch might of not been the best.you get stuck in life by doing nothing, complaining and bitching and denial might have a part in that too but you cannot be stuck if your actions did not lead you to where you are in life.we each have choices every single daye yet if the choices we make are the best or for our best interest then we are okay as well as knowing our priorities and what we want.you get stuck in life when you are confused,do not know what you want or how to get there.

No, not denial. Too many family obligations and not enough help slowed me down, in fact, so slow that it may have looked like being stuck. :-) You're never actually stuck if you're willing to take drastic measures. The question is, how drastic are you willing to be to get unstuck. Sometimes the actions that will unstick you just seem too drastic.

No, not knowing what I wanted was my problem. If you have no direction then you have nowhere to go, you stay as you are because you don't know which road you should take. Fortunately for me, the road I took out of necessity was exactly the right road. Your statement "stuck in life" denotes a stagnation or immobility. I was there for awhile but I now know what I want in life. I want true lasting happiness in life. I enjoy my trials and frustrations and even my problems now. They are neither causes for any consternation nor of any unhappiness in my life. I am not afraid anymore.

Thank you for asking

Yes, struggling with the denial question is very difficult when it reemerges as distrust or suspicion, but it need not be completely paralyzing or disabling.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

It depends on the Person, that does not want to face the reality of his/hers situation.

Lies and my trust in those that lied to me are what got me stuck.
