A Scot told me, that they will invade because we are so weak nationally now we need looking after, and need people with some guts in power.

Is this true?
And is G. Brown conspiring with them?

There is a lot to admire in Scotland and certainly Brown shows integrity, moral strength and the sort of leadership we have long lacked. Scotland is probably seen as more stable than England or Wales. Education is better and often social provision better too.

Why should we wish to invade our economically destitute southern neighbours?

When we regain our independance, England will start to pay a realistic price for our oil; give it five years and England will be a third-world country. Why should we invade such a liability?
