Yeah, but just the kid kind!!! My nephew and nieces play it all the time.. :)

unfortunately yes as i have 1 nephew and 1 niece and have just taken a job at a local play group but as an adult is still lots of fun and can be very enjoyable lol

All the time. I have 2 boys, we have a blast. My other grown friends used to snicker, but now they just flop in the floor too, rolling around like happy idiots. Let's see - plastic bottle lids as "frogs" (ever play tiddlywinks?) , taking pool "noodles" and using them as light sabers or swords..mix a moo (oldest made this up. One makes an animal sound, the other adds on, and so on. I think the longest we made was a moo quack, honk, neigh,baa,roar,meow,arf,llama hum.)...There's more, but there's so many...I am just glad that I have the chance to be as silly as I want and be loved for it, instead of stuffy and proper, and sad lonely boys as a result.

I did when my kids were younger. Looking forward to playing it again when the grandkids start coming.
I also play a different version of the game with my wife, but that is X-rated.

Yes, with my 2 1/2 year old son. We also play with various toys he has, etc.
